Information in your inquiry
The form asks for your name, email, company, quantity, bag type, destination and project details. We use information you send to discuss requirements, prepare quotations and manage the resulting business correspondence.
Drafts and direct sending
“Prepare inquiry” creates a draft in your browser. Opening WhatsApp or an email draft shares the text with the service you choose; you still need to send it there. “Save brief” downloads a text file to your device. The website does not keep drafts in a customer database or browser storage.
When the “Send inquiry” option is available, the website sends the submitted details through Resend to our inquiry mailbox. A successful response means the email service accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. The website does not send an automatic marketing subscription or confirmation email to you.
Services and retention
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information for delivery and security. Resend processes direct form emails when enabled. WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms. Correspondence may remain in our mailbox and project records while needed for your inquiry or order. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
